Made with only a few ingredients like medium grain rice, these energizing rice balls are a satisfying no-bake snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth and give you the energy to take on the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Medium-Grain Rice

  • ¾ cup Pitted Prunes

  • ½ cup Almond Butter

  • ½ cup Ground Flax Seeds

  • ¼ cup Honey

  • ½ cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips

Method

  • In a food processor, add rice, prunes, almond butter, almonds, flax seeds and honey until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

  • Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Refrigerate for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until firm and set.
