Lamb Kebab with Rice and Tahini

These lamb kebabs with rice and tahini have lots of flavour and are a perfect family meal.

Method


  1. Mix Lamb Kebab very well. Place the kebab on a tray in the oven for 15min on medium temperature.

  2. Mix tahini with water and salt, slowly add the water while stirring to keep the mixture smooth.

  3. Fry pine nuts in olive oil until golden brown. Remove from heat.

  4. Sauté onion in the same oil on low heat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Add garlic and stir.

  6. Add tahini sauce and stir well on medium heat until starts to boil.

  7. Add lemon juice and stir.

  8. Pour over Lamb Kebab then return the tray into the oven for another 10 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven. Place onto serving dish.
