Method
In a pot of boiling water, boil the lentils for only 30 minutes, then drain the lentils.
In another saucepan, heat a little oil.
Put the washed and drained rice, then the lentils.
Leave the mixture on the fire until the rice grains are cooked, about 45 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat enough oil and fry the onions until golden and crunchy
Pour the mujadara into plates.
Garnish with onions and pomegranate.
