Ouzy with Rice
Method
Add 100g of butter and fry the meat well in the butter. Add the spices, and cover the ingredients with water on a low heat for about an hour to make a meat broth.
Add the meat, peas and spices over the rice and stir the ingredients together.
Add the meat broth and stir, then cover the ingredients and leave them to cook for a quarter of an hour on a low heat.
Heat the rice, then put the pine nuts and pistachios on top.
Roll out the dough lengthwise, then roll it into a roll and then cut it.
Roll out the roll in a circular shape, then place the dough circle in the heart of a plate and fill it with rice.
Close the edges of the dough on the filling, then place it in a hot oven for ten to fifteen minutes, until it turns red.
